The Institute
The unprecedented surge in mental health diagnoses has created a need for not only improved access to care but also for improved effectiveness of care. We believe that excellent clinical care must be the standard. And excellent clinical care requires continual training, up-to-date knowledge of the latest neuroscience-informed strategies, evidence-based treatments, and ongoing supervision.
Quality supervision is an essential ingredient for providing outstanding care. Therapists are human beings, complete with blindspots and biases that, if unchecked, can hinder treatment effectiveness and even harm our clients. Regular, quality supervision helps to prevent that from happening.
Collaborating with respected colleagues not only makes us better at what we do but also makes our work more enjoyable. It helps us build confidence, learn diversified treatment strategies, and boost creativity. Contact us if you are interested in joining our institute team.

Individual Supervision
Becoming an exceptional therapist isn't just about reading books; it demands a keen awareness of your own participation in the therapeutic process and figuring out how you show up in the room. Within the intimate space of individual supervision, you will explore the intricate dance of transference and countertransference, learning to use your emotional responses as a powerful source of clinical insight and connection. Individual supervision is the key to building genuine confidence and an authentic therapeutic style.

Group Supervision
Every client who enters our office deserves to work with a master of this craft. Group work energizes clinicians while often uncovering areas in our personal lives that encroach upon our work. Collaborating with other professionals provides unbiased insight into our cases that highlights areas of improvement.

Observation & "One-Way Mirror" Sessions
Conducted cautiously and with consent, observation of a clinician in session offers an unedited view of the therapeutic process that allows the therapist to identify the specific strategies implemented during sessions, gauge client progress, and receive feedback and suggestions. With a technologically advanced “virtual” one-way mirror, supervisors can also observe sessions in real time, giving feedback to help the therapist guide clients through their issues.
